Our executive chef and prep team spend two days marinating proteins, reducing sauces, and chopping vegetables for every family on that week's menu.
Friday: cold chain packing
Each box is packed in our commissary kitchen with a branded insulated liner, keeping the cold chain intact through Sunday delivery.
Sunday: door-to-door delivery
A refrigerated carrier delivers before noon. No apartment-lobby guessing. The driver confirms delivery.
12 to 15 minutes: you plate, they eat
Assembly only. Heat the protein, warm the sauce, plate. No cutting board juggling, no timing three burners at once.
